Non-Refundable Application Fee

The one-time application processing fee (displayed as PKR 10,000 on our website, collected as USD $35 via Payoneer at checkout) is strictly non-refundable once payment is confirmed and your application is submitted to our system.

This fee covers administrative processing, initial eligibility review, document handling, and coordination of screening activities. Work on your application may begin immediately after payment.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same application caused by a verified technical error on our platform.
• Payment was processed but no application record was created due to a confirmed system failure on our end.
• Unauthorized payment where you provide reasonable evidence and we verify the claim.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after submitting an application.
• Failure to pass the initial interview or practical trade assessment.
• Visa or work permit rejection by an employer or immigration authority.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent application information provided by the applicant.
• Failure to attend scheduled interviews or assessments without prior notice.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, email us at info@europe-for-foreigners.com within 7 days of payment with your full name, application email, payment date, and a detailed explanation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–21 business days, subject to Payoneer processing times.
