Eligibility

Our services are intended for skilled electricians based in Pakistan who wish to explore employer-sponsored work visa opportunities in Europe. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and sign in with a valid Gmail account to submit an application.

Our Services

Electrician Visa Consultancy provides visa consultancy, application processing, screening coordination, and placement support for qualified electricians seeking opportunities in Germany, the United Kingdom, and France. We do not guarantee visa approval, employment, or relocation, as final decisions rest with employers and immigration authorities.

Application & Fees

• A one-time, non-refundable application processing fee applies to initiate your application review.
• The application processing fee is PKR 10,000. All fees are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Payments are processed securely through Safepay, a payment service provider regulated in accordance with applicable laws in Pakistan. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in application rejection without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any applicant who violates these Terms or fails eligibility requirements.

User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and complete information in all forms and communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Attend scheduled interviews and trade assessments when requested.
• Comply with all applicable laws in Pakistan and your destination country.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Electrician Visa Consultancy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Complaints Handling

We are committed to resolving customer complaints fairly and promptly. Our complaints handling mechanism is publicly available on this page and applies to all paying customers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the application processing fee you paid to us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website and services.

Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
